Where appropriate, she’s happy to give practical demonstrations on various things including flatbread making, a simple exercise that turns flour and water into delicious food within 10 minutes.

All the workshops and some of the talks involve audience participation and bring a laughter-filled, sparkling touch to any event.

Tracey has considerable radio broadcasting experience and broadcasts her own weekly show. As well as speaking to large and small groups, she has also judged competitions, opened events, reviewed eco-books for their back cover, chaired speaking events and is a regular panellist and eco-pundit on BBC radio. She’s also a strong advocate of the Eco-schools awards, gives talks at schools on simple, green living and can tackle environmental topics all the way up to Corporate Social Responsibility for grown-up listeners too.
